It is really a powerful proverb that “knowledge is power”. Knowledge is something that will help you, guide you and serve you your whole life. The power of knowledge is that it is creator also and destroyer also. It is a powerful weapon which can serve humanity also and can finish it also in a jiffy. Knowledge is that powerful medium which makes humans distinguish between right and wrong and gives us a sense of using itself for the betterment and help of others. There are a lot of miracles related to word knowledge. Education is assumed as a source of knowledge but a very astonishing fact is that every educated person can’t be knowledgeable and knowledge can’t be a characteristic of every educated person. Sometimes the clash of this phenomenon is quite strange and weird to understand. Knowledge is that medium due to which we can live our daily life like d\riving a vehicle, watching TV, communicating with each other and many more.
If we take education then it is the level of knowledge which decides the position of a student in the class. It is knowledge due to which students prefer a teacher over another because they get knowledge from one teacher in a better way than another. It is knowledge which makes a student realize his study level, makes him understand how much he has to work hard, makes him recognize his weaknesses and gives him a path to create a strong student full of knowledge within himself. Most astonishing thing about knowledge is that it increases as much as you share with others and they respect you because of it. Humans should always use this power of knowledge for creating good things which humanity can do to humanity always. If we see the evolution of humans, we can see that humans have used this power of knowledge to create many technical and non-technical things which are then and now are useful and make many things easy. Knowledge is that bridge through which humans can decorate and nurture their future.
If we take the example of a student who is unaware of the English language and wants to learn it, then for it, he will have to work hard in order to learn this language. He will have to prepare several notes regarding each and every small and big information of this language. These notes will have that knowledge about this language that even his English notes will be demanded by others also to study & the level of knowledge these English notes will contain will help all those needy students who want the knowledge of this language but they have no resources. Students have an unlimited level of intelligence and capability to grasp that is why they are asked by their parents and teachers to work hard and gather knowledge as much as they can so that with the help of knowledge. Students of today after gathering knowledge become lawyers, teachers and doctors and serve the whole nation and society with all the possible means and measures. Students need to know the strength of knowledge. It is also said many times in Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta the one who has a treasure of knowledge is the richest person on earth because no one can steal this treasure, no one can burn this treasure and no one can harm this treasure. But the one who has this power with him can destroy or create a whole nation.
Most of the time it is asked by students whether having knowledge is good or dangerous? This can be understood by a simple example that one is having a weapon so having it is right or wrong? The reply is that id depends on the person having it because it is completely upon the user whether to kill someone with the same weapon or use that weapon to guard or save someone. That is why scholars have said that a person with no knowledge is similar to a person having less knowledge because with a little knowledge one can harm anyone or destroy anything. Hence students and individuals need to understand that if they want to acquire knowledge then it should be complete and from a reliable resource. Knowledge has capacity to create so it should be used in creation and nurturing instead of being used in destruction.
